Booking Policy

To reserve your session, a non-refundable deposit of the first hour must be completed. By paying this deposit you acknowledge you will adhere to the cancellation/reschedule policy if you wish to not forfeit that deposit

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

If the session is rescheduled more than 24 hours before the schedule session time, the non-refundable deposit may be applied to the new recording date. Refunds will not be issued, even before the 24 hour timeframe - only reschedules.
